Ford Mustang 5.4 Ltr Cobra Mantic Track Series

*|MC:SUBJECT|*

One of the highlights of the Cobra is its powerful engine. Equipped with a supercharged 5.4-liter V8 engine, it generates an impressive output of approximately 500 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. These figures are considerably high for a production car and contribute to the Cobra’s remarkable acceleration and top speed.

In terms of aesthetics, the Cobra boasts distinctive styling cues that set it apart from other Mustang models. These may include a more aggressive front grille, a unique body kit, larger wheels, and special badging. These design elements not only enhance its visual appeal but also serve as visual indicators of its high-performance nature.

Additionally, the Mustang 5.4 Ltr Cobra is produced in limited numbers, which adds to its exclusivity and desirability among performance car enthusiasts. Limited production runs often elevate the vehicle’s status as a sought-after collector’s item, further enhancing its significance in the automotive world.

Why Choose a Mantic Track Multi-plate Clutch Kit?

Performance Clutch Systems typically involve an increase in clamp load and/or use of aggressive friction material to achieve higher torque capacity. However there is a practical limit – Increasing clamp load by more than 20% can put the vehicle’s hydraulic system under stress, significantly reducing clutch system life and resulting in very high clutch pedal actuation effort. And the use of aggressive friction material will noticeably reduce driveability. Enter the benefits of a Mantic multi-plate clutch system. A 9″ Twin Plate Mantic Track system has the same effective surface area as an 18 single plate clutch, and a 9 Triple Plate Mantic Track system equates to 27. So increasing clamp load is no longer a priority as the significantly larger surface area creates a massive torque capacity increase.

All Clutch Systems in the Mantic Track Series features:
  • Lower Moment Of Inertia(MOI) To Increase Acceleration.-Dynamometer Tested.
  • Field-Tested On Both Street And Track.
  • ISO9001 Quality Certified.
  • Modular Designs As Well As Many Direct Fit Applications.
Available in the Mantic 9000 Series (9”/230mm diameter), the track twin cerametallic disc kit can hold over 2,050Nm of torque.

All direct fit kits include a lightened steel flywheel which along with the aluminum cover, provides a lightweight solution that helps increase acceleration.
